12 Dimensions Critical Reflection

Part 1:Growth: the company rely in it invest in people and material.
 Relationship: the relation is limited between relatives or unlimited extend to non-relatives.
Communication: Be two ways to communicate directly or indirectly depending of a person and his behaviour.
Part 2 :  Growth: I agree and I tend to pay attention to the person because, human basis of everything and I'm more likely to invest in recruitment, people development and team leadership skills to influence the bottom line in a positive way. Work as a team have positive effects, for example, get the job done in the shortest and the high quality of work time and also to respond to the new regulations. Successful leadership with a distinct new ideas to make the team and the organisation to safety.
Relationships: comparing to the group Im in between of universal and Situational. I agree with that because I feel comfortable for the expansion of social relationships in the workplace and vice versa. I like to build strong relationships with people in order to feel comfortable and trust around me, because the man did not create alone. When the reality of the problem may be needed for some people to help solve them. I'm having had some difficulties in the selection of the correct people, but to be relations, even if failed.
Communication: I’m in between direct and indirect that depending in my situation or what I feel.
Part 3:After 5 years I think my result will be same because from now I choose what I will be in future and I will use these dimensions in many areas of my life, especially in my job. For example (growth) I am the manager of high-income company and that because I relied on the staff significantly compared to the material. My company relies on people to raise their standard of living instead of buying equipment or materials.
I as a manager in my relations company walked away from fanaticism and pride best style of cooperation and build strong relationships with staff in order to feel comfortable at work. In difficult situations always I use the wise because it is a correct way to solve problems.
I think I had the good dimensions that make my life easy and make me comfortable  in any situation, despite the presence of some minor negatives. These negatives had been influenced in some areas of my life, but not as great.
